Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy ensures fairness and clarity for all customers. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for quality-related issues. Due to the natural properties of our products, returns for personal preference or subjective reasons are not accepted.
Custom and Digital Products:
- Custom-made items (such as personalized Feng Shui items) and digital products (such as e-books or downloadable wallpapers) are non-refundable.
Damaged Items During Shipping:
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please inspect and unbox it immediately upon arrival.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Our return and exchange policy is 14 days, meaning you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for damaged items.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at masterli@fengculture.com with your order details and proof of damage (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at masterli@fengculture.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the approved item first and make a new purchase.
